Profile
Data & AI, enterprise platforms, and complex delivery programs
For more than twenty years, I have worked at the intersection of engineering, architecture, consulting, and technology leadership. I have progressed from systems developer to leading distributed teams and large-scale programs at IBM, SAP, CNET, and Astra.
My core focus is data and the technology around it: enterprise platforms, analytics, knowledge bases, and applied AI. I combine an engineering mindset with organizational context and accountability for outcomes.
No single job title captures what I do. Depending on scale and context, I may operate as CTO, Head of Data & AI, Consulting Director, or leader of a complex program. The through-line is the same — connecting technology, people, and the organization to turn capability into working systems.
This site reflects two scales of my work. The first is enterprise programs: large teams, distributed stakeholders, partners, and multi-year implementations. The second is a compact applied lab where I set direction, shape architecture, and orchestrate delivery — and, when needed, write code. Together they show one approach at different scales: connect technology, people, and the organization, and see an idea through to a working outcome.
Today, the main direction for these experiments is AI — not a standalone showcase, but technology that must be embedded in processes: pick a meaningful use case, validate it on live data, meet IT and information security requirements, run a pilot, and assess whether it can stick.
The cases section spans this full range: from federal-scale data platforms and bank Data Lake programs to enterprise knowledge bases, ML pipelines, and secure use of cloud models.
